It takes courage to reach out and ask for help. Life has many challenges and we may need extra support along the way. My role as your therapist is to come alongside you and support you as you navigate through these challenges. I have experience working alongside individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relational issues, and chronic illness. I am passionate about exploring the mind-body connection and how some of these issues may present themselves somatically. I have a holistic view of therapy in which I explore not only what is happening emotionally, but also physically, socially, mentally, and spiritually. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe and empathetic space that allows you to feel heard and seen. During our time together, you will be provided with new insight and will be given tools that will encourage you in your journey of healing and growth.
