I have experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, aging, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, trauma, emotional connection, anger management, conflict, and relationship concerns. I have a humanistic approach to therapy centered around building trust and safety, while providing strength focused interventions. I am certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), trained in RLT, and Gottman Level I.
